1. Account Responsibility & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your trained AI agents. You agree to use two-factor authentication (2FA) and strong passwords to protect your workspace.
2. Acceptable Use & AI Training Policy
You must possess appropriate rights to all text, sitemap links, and documents uploaded to train your AI agents. You agree not to train AI agents to impersonate individuals without consent, generate deceptive material, distribute malware, or violate applicable privacy laws.
3. Automated Content Moderation & Appeals
AI agents receiving repeated visitor safety reports or policy flags may undergo automated suspension to safeguard users. You will receive an email notification and can submit an appeal directly from your dashboard workspace for manual review.
4. Publishing & Embedded Widgets
Publishing an agent creates a standalone public web page. Unpublishing standardizes privacy without disabling embedded widget scripts running on your target websites.
5. Service Availability & SLA
We strive for continuous service availability across widget deployment nodes and AI response endpoints. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated via email or status notifications.
