1. Information We Collect
When you register for a Qezvo Agent account via Google, GitHub, or Email/Password, we collect your basic profile details (full name, verified email address, and profile photo). When you build an AI agent, we store your agent configuration, custom persona instructions, uploaded training documents, sitemap links, and website knowledge base text. We do not store raw temporary uploaded files — they are processed into vector embeddings once and deleted immediately.
2. PII Masking & Data Security
Qezvo Agent includes an automatic PII Redaction Engine (`redactPII`) that strips sensitive personal identifiable information (such as credit card numbers and Social Security numbers) prior to processing. All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.3/SSL and stored securely in encrypted databases (Cloudflare D1).
3. How We Use Your Data
We process your data strictly to operate your account, train and run your AI support agents, route visitor leads, dispatch webhooks, deliver automated customer support, and maintain platform security. We never sell or monetize your data.
4. Visitor Conversations & Ratings
Chat transcripts and visitor ratings (Like/Dislike feedback and optional dislike reasons) are stored to provide analytics and allow agent creators to evaluate AI performance. Visitors are identified using an anonymous browser-generated ID unless they voluntarily provide lead contact details.
5. Sub-processors
We partner with trusted infrastructure providers: Firebase (Authentication), Cloudflare (Edge Database & Turnstile Security), and AI Model Providers (LLM response generation). Each provider accesses only data necessary to fulfill its service contract.
6. Your Rights & Data Erasure
You retain full ownership of your data. You may modify or delete your trained knowledge base, agents, and lead records at any time directly from your dashboard. You may also request complete account deletion with a 30-day grace period.
